We would like to advise you that currently we are not able to show you CasinoEuro statistics in the Affiliate Lounge statistics area, this is due to a technical issue that we are working to resolve with the CasinoEuro team.
Due to the complexity of the issue we expect this will be resolved over the coming 5 to 7 days. We will keep you informed via the Affiliate Lounge News section (when logged in) regarding our progress and when the data is available for you to run reports on.
Some of the questions we have received from partners regarding this issue are:
Q: Are you still tracking the players that I am sending to CasinoEuro?
A: Yes, all referred players are being tracked and stored inside the CasinoEuro database system and this information will be sent to AffiliateLounge once the communication issues have been resolved. No data loss will occur.
Q: Does this affect Betsson or Cherry Casino statistics?
A: Betsson and Cherry Casino Statistics are not affected and are correctly displayed in Affiliate Lounge, when using the ‘Detailed Report’ you are able to select the brands and see your individual statistics for Betsson or Cherry Casino.
Q: What happened?
A: Due to upgrades in the CasinoEuro system, made in order to add more game related features for players, the central solution for communicating the daily statistics to Affiliate Lounge was affected and needs to be fully rebuilt, tested and integrated into the production network. Due to the process required to ensure that all systems operating on the production network are built as required in order to be secure and able to handle the loads required, a technically agreed process needs to be followed by the engineers, ultimately ensuring security, uptime for the Casino and no lost revenues from players.
Q: Will this delay affect my Affiliate payout for December?
A: We always work hard to make sure that you are paid before the 20th of the month, and we will be working to make sure this happens for you in January too. We fully expect data will be available to allow us to run the required reports on or before the 20th.
Affiliate Lounge would like to apologise for the inconvenience caused, and would like to assure you that we will be working hard to resolve this issue over the coming days.
